Location: Annapolis Crowne Plaza Hotel (173 Jennifer Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401)

Attendance Format: In-person attendance only. Virtual attendance will not be offered this year. 

Student rates: Current graduate and undergraduate students may attend at a reduced rate. 

Coffee and tea will be provided throughout the meeting. Lunch will be provided on days one and two.

Hotel Conference Rate 

Book in the Crowne Plaza room block for a discounted rate of $139 per night plus taxes and fees. 

There are two ways you can book the discounted room rate:

  1. Call 1-855-223-1441. This phone number is for the Reservation Department for multiple Crowne Plaza locations. Please specify you are calling about the Annapolis location and provide them with our group code (CRC) or group name (2026 Chesapeake Community Research Symposium) for discounted rates.
